Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering
You can place orders in the webshop 24 hours a day, all year round.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
2. Payment
Payment can be made using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit or debit cards.
The amount will only be charged to your account once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment.
3. Delivery
Delivery is made to your address or to the nearest parcel shop.
Shipping rates:
- Denmark: DKK 75
- EU countries: DKK 275
- Rest of the world: DKK 520
For orders exceeding 10 kg or with a length over 150 cm (carrier maximum), we will contact you regarding any additional shipping costs.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–8 business days. During busy periods or for special-order items, delivery times may be longer.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT.
If you are a business customer in another EU country with a valid VAT number, VAT will automatically be deducted at checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, Danish VAT is not charged. Please note that local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. However, we reserve the right to correct obvious errors, out-of-stock items, and changes in taxes or exchange rates beyond our control.
5. Warranty and Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 2-year right to make a complaint regarding defects.
If a defect or fault occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. The product must be returned securely packaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice and a brief description of the issue.
If the product is inspected and no defect is found, we reserve the right to charge an inspection fee of DKK 250 (incl. VAT) plus return shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will repair or replace the product and return it to you free of charge.
6. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping in our webshop. The period begins on the day you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days and return the product no later than 14 days after your notification.
The product must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received. You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
Missing original packaging or diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may lead to a reduction in the refund amount.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom-made or specially cut products — including cut rope — cannot be returned.
In the case of incorrect delivery, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and ensure correct replacement.
